I'm trying so hard to convince myself that 70 lbs is all I'm going to lose. I'm still morbidly obese and very unhealthy but I am better than when I started. If I can convince myself that 70 is it... no more.. then I can move on with my life and stop stressing out over the yo-yo'ing of the 3lbs I've lost and gained for months. I cannot get past 238 lbs.. I've tried phentermine, I've tried atkins, I've tried all I know to try and I still can't drop below 238. I really was hoping to at least break out of the 200's with the band but I do think my life would be easier if I'd just live with the 70 (sadly, only 69lbs) that I've lost.
