did my low impact step aerobics this morning...ole girl working it out if i say so myself

nothing like stepping up and down for 30 minutes and feeling it on my calves, thighs, arms, butt and even my dreaded stomach........i feel like the picture below when i am done

then i came across this picture when i got back on line and thought it fit
