Congrats! Isn't that the best/scariest feeling ever!!!!!!!!!!

It pretty much is!!!!! I have never had surgery before---so I am a little nervous. :phanvan

Congratulations!! What an exciting time for you! I too was nervous and had never had surgery before but it was a breeze. You'll do great! Let us know how things are going.

Hello everyone! I have my surgery date now--March 20 at 12:00 noon. I am starting my liquid diet on March 6. Looking forward to the surgery but still a little nervous about everything. My mom really doesn't want me to get the surgery done, but says she will still support my decision. My husband does support the decision but sometimes is not very much support. Well, I know prayer is what will get me through. Thanks for all the support we get from these message boards. :)

:) I have my surgery date of March 15th and a little concerned. But, I know that everything will be ok....I keep telling myself that anyway. :rolleyes

Hi I'm new here. I'll be getting my surgery date at my next Dr. visit, in about a month. Dr Pohl says the surgery will probably be a month after that, so around early May. I'm anxious and have mixed feelings about this surgery, but I so need to lose the weight.
