water aerobics

Hello bandsters! I had my surgery 8/12/13 as some of you know and I was recently cleared by my doctor to do water aerobics and I started today! I absolutely loved it, me and my sister decided to do it together and even though we where the youngest ones in the class we had a ball the older adults in the class where very welcoming and supportive. I chose this workout because I have knee joint problems and I have issues out of my ankles sometimes and being in water working out felt wonderful. I just wanted to share my experience with everyone because I know you guys understand me and the things us chunky folk have to go through!:)

love always,

Steph
