A singing band!!!!

Free my tea last night I have felt discomfort and felt sick. My band was making funny noises. I think something is stuck. I think it was the skin off the jacket potato I had, any ideas please?????

    No ideas about singing band, but will add that the potato skin is bad! Potato skins are not band friendly!

    Have you tried papaya yet. I'm going to get some of the chewable tabs I hear they help a lot.
