Thanks for asking. Had my surgery July 8th and have lost over 25 pounds. Started with 197. Feeling good. Yesterday I operate. Didn't feel sick but I can feel my pouch hurting a little. So I to learn to pace myself. Feel good and started walking!

I'm doing great faith! Thanks for asking! I'm 7 pds from goal ( been that way for a couple if weeks lol) but ill get there! 25 pds that's great! What's your goal?
