Hi Everyone,

My name is Caroline i live in the channel islands Jersey. I am flying out to Prague on monday 21st July for my pre op and then my surgery is booked for 22nd. i am having a plication.

i am 5ft 5 and i weigh 116 kgs i have no clue how much that is (i use stone and lbs) and i do not want to know!

i am an active person who is stuck in this body and i want to be free! I have high bp and my joints all swelll and ache and even walking is a job. I recently had an attack of pancreatitus which my consultant thinks is due to my bp tablets. Which i prob wouldnt need if i was not over weight.

So i am very excited to be going for this surgery.

Would love any advice and feedback.

So happy for you. My surgery is scheduled for July 24th and I am excited and nervous, but I know that its now or never. I am 5 ft 10 and weight 230 pounds. My BMI is 30 and I am just ready for a change. I will keep you in my prayers. My surgery is in Tijuana Mexico with Dr. Ortiz.

I am so excited for both of you guys my surgery is also in Tijuana Mexico and with the same doctor my surgery date is June 21st and I am having plication surgery. I am totally just counting down the days!!! I am ready for this push of help! But I'm also a nervous wreck!! LOL But I have my tickets a surgery date and my money so I'm going!!
