Frustrated

I am a little over a month out Fromm gastric sleeve. I try my hardest, but I can't get enough protein. Today I managed to get 30 grams but I am so full half the day that I can't take my pills or drink any water. Is anyone else like this?

I try to drink my smoothie as early as possible bc it takes me about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to drink it. I get a tub of chocolate gladiator at Smoothie King and use two scoops which equals to 46 grams of protein. I add a tea cup of almond milk, frozen mixed fruits, 1 whole banana, ice. I also us MuscleTech vanilla flavor bc 2 scoops equal 44 grams of protein. Those two flavors are the only ones I've found that doesn't have that aftertaste.
