This liquid diet..is killing me.. today I caved and had 2 eggs & a bowl of chicken broth for dinner...oh and a sugar free popsicle. I know I wasn't suppose to buy I cant imagine being on NOTHING but protein shakes and slim fast for another 12 days..

And sf Jello and pudding too? What about Greek yogurt are you aloud those?

All that is on the list is shakes..Protein....I use the Body by V shakes today and they seem to be filling me up..yesterday was hard with just the slim fast...I was going banana's....with hunger. . They told me they wanted me to do the shakes plain but I added 3 frozen strawberrys and a teaspoon if peanut butter... hopefully it will keep me full for a few hours till I get home. I called and begged to have my surgery moved up to MONDAY. .but no return call yet..surprise surprise ? Not... I am just Ready. ..
