Sharp pain in upper left rib area

Well not sure if the few of you on here would remember, but I am 8 days out and tend to get a sharp

Pain in the upper rib area on my left side under my breast? It can go to my side or on my back a bit. My dr ( by phone) said this can happen because although the stomach is more on the right, the folds and more work are done on the left. So they could be like healing spasms. Just wondering if anyone

Else ever had this? Other than that feel great, can get my

Liquids down, no nausea, lost 15pds so far...any thoughts? A heating pad feels nice... Thanks!

thats exactly a healing spasm as your doc said. The heakling process would take some time and the pain would sibside in no more time. I had such probs' date=' but i got through it in a week or so. so you better not bother. The ligamnets might hav dismantled . but that would be k.[/quote']
