Small victory

I'm a strong advocate in wearing seatbelts. I used to work for an injury attorney and I learned early on that seatbelts DO make a difference! But when my weight was at its highest, I just could NOT get the seatbelt in my car buckled! I looked into the cost of a seatbelt extension and I remember it was pretty expensive, but can't remember exactly how much. Anyway, since I've lost 40 lbs, I can finally get the seatbelt buckled again comfortably!!! Yeah, safety first!

That is so great that you have meet that goal in your life! It is amazing how the small victories mean so much and you are amazed when you realize it the first time. One small victory for me (or a rather huge one for me) is that I can finally climb a flight of steps without being about to pass out. I go to the gym and to get to the treadmills I must climb the steps or use the elevator. Well I refuse to use the elevator so I have been climbing those steps every week.

I am so happy for your because its the small victories that give us strength and motivation! Yayyy for you :)
