Last supper syndrome.

I am dealing with what my dr calls last supper syndrome. I start my preop diet tomorrow and I've been eating everything in sight this weekend!! I'm sending my hubby out for one last good meal for supper. Has anyone else done this before preop diet??

The day before my liver shrink diet was Easter Sunday. I had all my old favorites. I started liver shrink on a Monday and followed it as stayed and lost 16 pounds. I'm almost six months out and follow the plan. So far so good down 82 pounds!

Have you tried just Water some taste better mixed with just water than milk. Also maybe add some of those flavored coffee syrups...you can get sugar free flavors at walmart just something to add variety!

I am lactose and tolerant so I use non flavored Protein mix, unsweetened almond milk and Carmel flavored syrup. It's really good and you can't taste the protein at all.

Way to go Mel! I am glad to see that you follow your program, I scratch my head and wonder why people spend so much money on an operation and cheat. Like try to eat salad two months out instead of six like dr. Ordered or trying to scarf down Taco Bell two weeks out. Amazing!

Amazing![/quote'] Monola, I don't know why people don't follow their doctors plans. Most of us tried our way and it didn't work. I'm using this time to form good habits. I want to keep the weight off! Good luck to you!
