Help!

Hello all,

I figured I'd reach out to you guys here for some food help!! I am running out of things to try and have been eating the same stuff over and over and was wondering if anyone could share their ideas and list of things that are good for gastric patients!! I'm not very good at the nutrition part of this journey and I am not big on cooking and am looking to start cooking more but I am at a stand still as to what's good and what's not!! I'd anyone can assist me I would love that!!

Look under the recipes section..there are a number if crockpot recipes that might work...all freeze well, so you could get many meals from them or reduce the servings for smaller portions... Have you tried cooked, peeled shrimp, crab legs, or scallops? I buy these in small portions from the seafood section of the grocery store...great Protein,,no fuss.
