Apples

I am 5 months out and really seem to struggle to eat apples. Anyone else the same problem? It feels stuck, although i chew chew chew.

Allover feeling of unease and a bit lightheaded and pushing up.

The weird thing is i can eat chocolate and i am FINE! It does nothing to me whatsoever! Just my luck, go figure!

I've been told that the skin is going to trouble you. Have you tried peeling the apple first?

That's an idea! Will give that a go, thanks girl! What is your go-to fruit? And how much do you eat it and the amount?

I haven't had surgery yet haha I have it Monday morning! But my NUT told me the apples tip.

I can eat apple slices with peel, I cannot eat it just off the whole apple, and I have to take small bites. I assume it's the amount of peel I get in a bite.

Same with grapes, I have to avoid the skin.
