PCP grrrr

My PCP faxed my 6 month supervised diet to the Bariatric center but both times they said they didn't receive it. I asked for a copy of the records and I'd drive them the 21/2 hours to deliver in person. I have been in every month since January and they don't show 6 consecutive months of records! 3 random months are missing!!! Now I need two more months before I can even send in my diet and with out that I can't see the surgeon.., I'm sooo irritated!

If the PCM's office made this mistake, they better fix it fast. Don't let them get away with their lack of professionalism and lack of common sense.

You worked hard those 6 months of supervised diet. Ride their asses until they find the missing months and you have the whole file in your hands.

I dislike unorganized ignorant staff.

I called the office today for yet another appointment. I'm going to let the doctor know the records are missing. I know him he's my neighbor, I'm not so sure he knows the records aren't up to date because he's always asking if he's done everything so far that's needed to be done. I went to the office but the gal was busy so I hope she was busy finding my records...
