I eat it everyday! It is about the only meat I can eat without problem.

how far post op must you be to start eating it?

I eat it really often...and I don't even eat beef normally. Lol. I chew really well. Its high in protein and sure better for me than regular meat (Like chicken) I have been eating it regularly the past month. I am about 4.5 mos post op. I would guess it would be ok as soon as you are on regular foods.
