Ideas for mushy stage

Tomorrow I get to start scrambled eggs and mushies - I am so excited!

Any ideas of what to do - I really want to get some good Protein in, so I can cut the shakes down to once per day. I have some chicken and bean burritos - can I scoop out the filling, blend and eat 1/4c of that? What about spice at 1 week out? Olive oil?

I've eaten a lot of low fat cottage cheese. It goes down easy and is high in protein. Also, take some refried beans and heat them up in the microwave, sprinkle some low fat cheese on them and melt that. Add a bit of low fat sour cream and it's pretty good.
