Change in Toleration!

I'm 6 weeks out & for the past week I'm unable to tolerate anything. Nothing sits well in my pouch. I don't vomit or dump. It just doesn't feel as if it sits well. Has anyone else had this happen?

I agree. I think the crystal light is way too acidic. I use propel zero drink sticks. There are tons of flavors. And my water needs to be super cold as well. I went through a period of not feeling rig

I am almost 6 weeks, surgery on 7/1/13, I am feeling the same way. Everything makes me nauseous but I haven't actually thrown up or dumped. Things I've been eating for weeks are making me feel awful, even water isn't sitting in my pouch right. I have no idea why or what to do. I am thinking about going back to just soups for a few days and see what happens. I am 45 lbs down, so that's a big plus.

Wow 45!!! Yay you!!! Yea water doesn't sit we'll w me either. I was thinking of doing soups too.

Try adding Crystal Light to your water. I also had problems tolerating water for the first little while. Adding something seems to help.

I tried crystal light but it burns my throat. Always has. I have to drink water extra cold now.

I agree. I think the crystal light is way too acidic. I use propel zero drink sticks. There are tons of flavors. And my water needs to be super cold as well. I went through a period of not feeling right when I was around 6 weeks, I drank only Protein shakes for 2-3 days and felt much better.
