Whats next!?

I finished today with my nut lost 16 pounds im proud of myself!! yay! hvent lost anything in years!! and got my pulmonologist clearance wich it was my last thing left my question is what is next? All of my preop testings are done so i need to call my surgeons office for 2 nd consult can somebody tell me sort of what to expect?? I appreciate your input thanks! Karla :)
