Orientation...the journey begins

I'm so excited to go to my orientation seminar tomorrow. I'm fasting tonight cause they're drawing labs in the morning. Then the seminar and 2 support group meetings. I have an appointment with my PCP and the dietician next week for my second month of "weight management". August 22nd I'll meet with the surgeon.

I'm so ready but I'm struggling with my diet and exercise. I think I'm eating everything I won't be able to eat again. I know I need to stop eating junk and work on losing weight. I've done it many times before but it never last more than 3-4 months then the weight comes back plus some. Here's to permanent change! :-)
