fourth fill

I just had my fourth fill yesterday. I was at 2.3cc's and now i'm at 2.6cc's. When the doc weighed me, I hadn't lost any weight. But I hadn't gained any so...i was still upset, but I know that it is my fault. cause i haven't been eating right and not exercising...Is anyone else going thru this right now? i was at 280 on 12-1-03 and now i'm at 228. I don't know what to do. Help.

WOW! I think you are doing great. I am not good with math but if I am correct you have lost close to 60 lbs in 8 or 9 months. Thats good. I am thinking of this weight loss as a slow adventure and Hey you didnt gain.. So it all sounds good to me. I have only been banded for 3 months but I allready know that I do better when I force the water. Hopefully with your new fill you will get the scale moving again... Congratulations...Janie

Hi Dazzey,

I agree with everyone else and am impressed by your weight loss so far. I have always hated excercise too but I love to swim. I got invited to a Water aerobics class 6 months ago and have been diligently going ever since. I love it!!! Just try to think of something you enjoy doing and then it doesn't seem like such a hassle. Best of luck to you and hope the scale starts a downward trend soon. Teresa;)
