Best Exercise Video?

Can anyone recommend a good exercise video. I need to target upper and lower abs, butt and thighs.

I already walk, so a walking video is not really what I want.

What you use and what works would be great information for me.

Thanks

I love Rodney Yee Abs Yoga for beginners. It is only 22 minutes, but I can't begin to tell you what a difference it makes. It takes a while to be able to do everything like he does. Even if you do the best you can and do it about 3 times a week with your other exercise you will start to see a difference in a few weeks.

I'm a FIRM fanatic. The Firm Basics are a great start if you can get your hands on them. I also like the "For Dummies" aerobic & weight DVDs (not as easy as you'd think, just very basic, non-dancey moves).

The most KILLER I have is Gin Miller's Intense Moves. She is my hero! She's jumping and bopping and barely breathing hard. Amazing woman.
