February 21, 200719 yr Can anyone recommend a good exercise video. I need to target upper and lower abs, butt and thighs. I already walk, so a walking video is not really what I want. What you use and what works would be great information for me. Thanks
February 21, 200719 yr I dont really have a large collection but if you have a look on www.collagevideo.com you'll find stacks of them, and there's forums where they've discussed so many issues so you'll probably find the info you want. Also www.videofitness.com is good for forums, questions and reviews.
February 22, 200719 yr I get bored, so I buy old used ones on ebay. I find that the old Jane Fonda ones are great....but when I get sick of one, I put it back on ebay.
March 10, 200719 yr I love Rodney Yee Abs Yoga for beginners. It is only 22 minutes, but I can't begin to tell you what a difference it makes. It takes a while to be able to do everything like he does. Even if you do the best you can and do it about 3 times a week with your other exercise you will start to see a difference in a few weeks.
March 14, 200719 yr Slim-In-Six and Power 90 (www.beachbody.com) work sooooo great! The key is consistency.
March 29, 200719 yr I'm a FIRM fanatic. The Firm Basics are a great start if you can get your hands on them. I also like the "For Dummies" aerobic & weight DVDs (not as easy as you'd think, just very basic, non-dancey moves). The most KILLER I have is Gin Miller's Intense Moves. She is my hero! She's jumping and bopping and barely breathing hard. Amazing woman. Jill in NY BMI 41 APPROVED! 3/28/07 Dr. David Mayer, Huntington NY
