Damn pre op diet!

Ok, so im on my fourth day of my pre op diet and OMG....today i felt like passing out. Im not even on a liquid diet yet, thats two days before surgery..but i feel like crap today! Really dizzy, shaky, nauseated, having cold sweats and everything. ...is this normal?! I was fine the first three days, but today was NOT a good day...ugh i hope this feeling goes away..

Haven't checked my blood sugar..but blood pressure is ok and i've been drinking A LOT of water...I find that a little while after i eat im fine, but then a couple hours pass and im dizzy again and having cold sweats...

That's how I feel when my blood sugar drops. I would check with your doctor and nutritionist to see if this is a possibility. You may need to break your meals into more frequent Snacks to keep your blood sugar even.

I felt the same cuz I wasn't used to being on a strict diet. It went away after 2 weeks
