I cheated. I had a food funeral!! I was 248 on my first doctor visit and 2 months later on DOS I was 252. But now I'm 220. It's so much easier post surgery.

We are around the same start weight, were are you now in your journey? What's your goal?

This is my first day on my two week pre-op diet and all I can think about is eating. I'm thinking about just going to bed! Hope I get this under control soon.

eat tpns of sugarfree popsicles!! yes I have cheated a couple times but I am still at 14 lbs loss for a week and still have a week to go!!!!!

Has anyone ever cheated on their pre op diet and what did you eat??

a few bites of rotissere chicken thigh dipped in catsup. I did that yesterday on day 1 of my pre-op diet. I felt bad, then I let it go because 1) chicken was not fried; 2) I did not eat the entire thigh; 3) had no fries with it; 4) no Pepsi either; 5) and the biggest thing I didnt have with it - no bread.

So I forgave myself and told myself not to do it again.
