Yup.....lol.....

We just got 6in of more snow...but the good news is by Wednesday we will be in the 60's.. Hopefully my water main will be thawed out by then, i been carrying water from a well about 150yds with two 5 gal buckets about 6 times a day .. I don't know how to add that to my exercise daily log so i just count when i go for my slippery walks. But I noticed since i been carrying water in the cold my appetite is up and that worries me. I think i have it under controlled but since having surgery it the first time i can say i was hungry. I been drinking a extra protein shake. But all jokes aside I was just teasing about praying for a blizzard... go to DQ.. It was just a way of saying Im so sick of this winter in a funny way and it wasn't intended for someone to go to have a blizzard, I just don't want anymore snow outside....i already started my tomatoes and pepper plants for my garden, not sure what else I will plant besides cucumbers and egg plant...but I'm so ready for spring..Happy Valentines day everyone

Purged the closet today. going to need new Eagles jerseys for next season......this is a good thing :-)

Im keeping one set of Big Fat clothes just to remind me where i have come from and as a touch stone of where i will never return to. is anyone else keeping a set of clothes....or has my choo choo gone chugging around the bend??

I am keeping a pair of pants and a shirt. It helps me to remember where I was and where I don't want to ever be again!

Great new picture!

I am thinking it is a great time to buy a new Eagles jersey and get smaller than you are now. Everything should be on sale now. :)

RJ, I think your choo choo is chugging into the station right on time! I chose not to keep any of my fat clothes. I want to look forward. I don't want to forget where I was before surgery, but I don't want my previous size to be a part of who I am today. So, for me, getting rid of all of the clothes was a symbolic way of purging that pre-surgery me and welcoming the new me.

On a related note, we filed our taxes today. We really made out due to about $2300 worth of donations. Nearly all were my old clothes. I took four mini-van loads of clothes to Goodwill. We itemized it all and put it in a spreadsheet for taxes. I used the lowest recommended price to figure out what to claim. When you are disposing of an entire wardrobe, it really adds up!

Quite the weekend!! We painted our kitchen!! Now, I have been working out nearly every day. Despite all this exercise, I have aches in places I forgot I had! There is NO WAY I could have done this one year ago. My Fit Bit says that I did not have any active minutes today, I disagree!

Hi All - haven't posted for a while but have been reading posts that pop up on my phone. Sounds like we have all gotten to the point where the weight isn't falling off anymore. I've been at a stall but haven't been exercising or drinking enough water so it's not a surprise. That said I have officially lost 100 pounds and am comfortably in a size 12. That is only one size away from what I was my senior year in high school...:0 I can't beleive that! I have to say this is pretty much the best decision I've ever made. I know I'm healthier over all and have already seen positive results career wise. It's amazing how people judge you because of the extra weight--not fair but that's how it is. I haven't kept any of my old clothes--no room with all the new ones! I passed them on to others to wear so they wouldn't go to waste. I'm actually looking forward to taking pictures at my work wiinter social this Saturday. I can't remember a time when I was excited to go shopping for a dress--but boy am I. Hugs & kisses to you all - we are rocking this!!!
