I sure hope there are a few of you that can help me. As of today I am 3 months post op and have been experiencing some dumping. I have with the help of my nutrionist figured out I am lactose intolerent to high fat cheeses. She now has me on all things low fat like low fat swiss cheese, low fat chedder and mozarolla. this certainly has helped me and I am now taking Probiotics and have been on them for one week. I was told it would take me 28 days to have the probiotics kick in. Is there anyone who buys their Probiotics over the counter? Is so what brand do you buy? And, are they working for you. Some of this stuff is getting very expensive getting it thru my nutrionist.
Also, If you have been taking Probiotics and you still are dumping what are you taking to help? I try to eat low fat and I have not had anything sweet since my surgery so I am not sure why all this dumping.
Like I said if there is anything else besides Probiotics you are taking to help.
Thank you all for your help. I am running out of ideas.
