I am not a vegitarian or vegan but I am sure you could do it. I have gone a couple weeks with no meat. Infact I have gone all my pre-op and all of my post-op so far with no meat (although post-op I started back on dairy). I get my Protein from Beans and lentils in my well blended Soups.

Try searching for vegan and vegitarian posts I am sure there are some out there. In fact I did find one for you if you want to check it out.

I eat a lot of veges, I love my meat, but it is still possible to get in all your protein and vitamins in with a band. I think most vegetarian food is band friends other than noodles and rice, some bandsters have problems with those.
