Hi my names Nikkoal. Im 5'5". Starting weight March 1st was 355lbs. I am down to 334. Just started my process for gb. Im very excited to finally be on this journey. I was supposed to have this surgery last year. However, I ended up finding out that I was 2 months pregnant just when I was going to do bloodwork. I had already seen the nut and passed my psych test. My daughter is a wonderful blessing. But I am totally ready to do this!! I do have to start all over but this time is going rather quickly. I got my referral from dr last week and I go in to see the surgeon for consult May 14. Wish me luck and Im so happy to have found an awesome site with people just like me!!

I saw on another post that you're in the Fresno area. What surgeon are you going to? I live about an hour southeast of fresno & am seeing Dr Swartz. Finished all pre-authorization stuff & just waiting on insurance approval. Hoping to get scheduled within a week or so & still hoping for a May surgery date!

Thats amazing. Ive heard good reviews with that dr. Good luck make sure to let us jnoe when u get approved.

Not sure if your layout is the same, but at the bottom of my screen, there is a gray bar with buttons for "threads" "messages", etc & when I scroll it to the left, there is a button for "profile" I clicked on that & then the little pic upload box & voila!

Totally didnt think bout sliding the bottom bar. Lol thanks. I uploaded pic but its sideways??
