Cheated :(

I just cheated on my 2 week pre op liquid diet! It's day 4 I have surgery in 10 days, if I stick to it from now on will I be okay?? :(

If it makes you feel better go for it but one day of cheating isn't the end of the world girl... I was in fact very afraid to cheat so I didn't cheat. I was put on a great diet. 2 shakes 1 snack 1 meal and I was loving it by week 2 and manage to lose 15 lbs 2 days liquid diet now that was horrible but I said hey I wanna be skinny & I pull threw. Look at me now I'm skinny I don't cheat & I count calories lmbo so one day of cheating won't affect you

Girl it's a good feeling :) I love the new me just need some fixing next year is around the corner. I might need a new hubby. This one is getting me PESSED off lmbo
