So, I am anticipating that tomorrow my surgeon will give me the ok to go back on regular foods. Yeah!!!! What were some must have foods that everyone found useful for regular diet again??

Look for anything high in protein. Buy in moderation at first because some times your new pouch cannot handle things you could before. I still have a hard time with eggs and chicken. I did alot of high protein soft kind of stuff... cheeses, greek yogurt. Let your pouch be your guide. Good luck

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately, my pouch hates everything but liquid....or so it seems.
