Out of control!

I was doing so good on my diet with the nutritionist, lost 23 pounds as of 2 weeks ago.. surgery is in 13 days and it seems my appetite is crazy.. I have the feeling Ill be gaining it back by the time surgery is here...

Ugh :( I guess its Im in the state of mind of thinking well I can just have this one more time.. one more time.. one more time...

have you changed any Vitamins or are you getting PMS? Arey you around a lot of smells or food events?

I was doing amazing on my pre-op eating plan, then one day my app was RAVENGING - and the next day too - well guess what? I had started taking Biotin 2000 and POOF - I googled that too and hundreds saying it increased their app
