IBS

Anybody out here have IBS? I'm getting so nervous for my procedure this Thursday that mine is flaring up something fierce and I'm in so much pain. Anytime I get very nervous or excited mine gets triggered. If you have any suggestions (since I can't take my normal meds) that would be fabulous! Until then Im going to go through my routine of curling in a ball on my bed with a heating pad on my belly. :(

I do have IBS with constipation, have had it for 8 years, and have been told by my surgeon to continue with my Meds Pre op, and after surgery I am to continue with my Meds and they will monitor and remove as necessary depending how my IBS reacts to surgery.
