Dumping on antibiotics

So I discovered this weekend that my foster dog is toy/treat aggressive. He bit me on the hand and the doc gave me antibiotics. He gave me doxycycline an amoxicillin. About 20 Mounties after taking them I experienced what I would consider dumping. My pouch hurt so much and I broke out in a cold sweat.

Has anyone had this issue with these two drugs?
