Fitness/Exercise Ball, anyone?

I just got one for christmas and was having fun with it but felt like I couldn't figure out a routine with it so I went online and ordered FAT-TO-FIRM FITNESS BALL WORKOUT FOR DUMMIES.

I used it the firsts time and I could barely walk for 2 days. I love it though

Any other fitness ball dvd's or workouts anybody can recommend?

ok my new fav' with the ball...

put hard chair back against wall so it wont move.

sit on chair, legs on ball about at your knees

roll forward towards ball so your butt is hanging off end of chair and your arms are holding you up. fingers towards legs on end of chair.

pull yourself up and down and balance.

This works the crap out of your flabby back arms- triceps I believe-

results very fast!!

good luck!

I love my Core Secrets by Gunnar Peterson. I close my eyes and zone out. Sometimes I'll be sore for days but it doesn't feel that hard while I'm doing it.
