Anyone else a May surgery??? I seen my surgeon today & my big day is May 8th 2013!

Just home from preadmission testing and final appointment with the dr lost three pounds since starting pre op diet it all became a reality today has anyone else had the sense of being overwhelmed by emotions ?

My pre op appt is on Tuesday. I'm getting a little anxious waiting. I think its the start of getting emotional, anxious & excitement all at the same time. Come Tuesday I will be so nervous, I can feel it!

Ride horses again!

Thanks Debbie........are you as excited and nervous as I am? I've been watching for the past couple of days YouTube videos and sort of freaking myself out. There are so many horror stories about pain, excess skin and the different changes in moods including depression.......so I guess im still a little freaked out.

The biggest thing I'm looking forward to is wearing really cute clothes.

Your welcome! We all know the risk with this surgery, but we also all know its worth the risk...I'm feeling excited, but also starting to get nervous. We all need to be here for each other and we will get through this Together! :-). We can do it!
