Hello all, Well I went for a swollow atudy today to find that my pouch had shrank down to normal size after 2 weeks of eating properly. Thank Goodness!! I was nervous there for a sec, or more!! Well we didn't go right up to my 3cc point we put in 1cc then he had me drink contrast and saw reflux and said thats too tight so we went down to 3/4. My first day wasn't that good but today is ok.

Thanks everyone!! Heather I messaged you back don't no if you received it. I am having some problems with getting sick but I don't think I am too tight since I was 3CC filled and now only 3/4 of a CC. I think I need to have more self control with eating cause when I just 1 egg for breakfast it stays in but lunch and dinner seem to gove me a little problem. Well I see that this is a life long battle that I am going to have to get a grip on. Thanks for all the support it means alot!!
