    What caused your dumping?

    Cream of wheat....it was approved while I was on mushies, it was about a 1/4 of a cup and I'd eaten it 4-5 times post-op with no issues. I hadn't eaten any Protein yet that day and the carb load was just too much, total crash and burn!
