I got sick on Sunday, had surgery on scheduled for Wed. My dr called in Avelox 400 mg and said to take it up ill the night before surgery, last dose at midnight. I was fine, I get really sick one time or twice a year and this one was bad! My primary didn't want me to not have the surgery. The surgeon was happy.

Good luck.
