I'm a big coffee drinker. I don't enjoy it for the caffeine but for the taste. My two favorite drinks are Sbux VENTI non-fat iced Carmel latte (I know THAT will change...even pre-op, it fills me up!) with an extra shot...again, for the taste not the caffeine. I also love VENTI Chai lattes but I get those non-fat. I could get both tall but what about sugar and dumping? Will getting them both sugar free do the trick? I can also do decaf (although the taste will be nasty) but what's the reason for decaf? And when can I go back to caffeine? I only have one coffee/tea each day and don't do sodas except Sprite Zero.
