What to do?

Well 5 months ago I maybe the decision to have gastric bypass. Well to make I long story short I started eating right and working out and so far lost 43 lbs. This Tuesday I meet with my surgeon To discuss my options, not to sure if I want to go through with it now can I do it with exercise and diet I don't know. I'm over half way with the rny program.

Would u have lost the same amount of weight had uou not done tge rny program??? That is what I asked myself when I felt the sane way as you...reality is that losing the weight gave me more motivation to see this through..I am 7 weeks post op and very happy :-)

I feel I can keep this going, but I have came so far in the rny processes I have spent tons of money and time traveling for it. But wondering if I should put my self through the surgery now I got Till June to decided I guess I'll have a long talk with the surgeon Tuesday
