I'm from Nashville, I had surgery April 1st. Dr. Olsen at Centennial was my surgeon. He's very very good. First month, down 45 pounds. Good luck to you both, stay In touch!

How are the TN people doing? I'm 7 weeks out and feeling good. I'm down 52 pounds, and the short time I had that wasn't o good, was worth it! Hope everyone are doing well!

Hey, I am from Nashville and having my RNY on May 8th, what's your date?

Sweet, how are you feeling? Are you in a support group? I'm doing my cleanse tomm and I am not looking forward to drinking it, lol.

Hi, I agree the cleanse isn't fun at all. I'm 5 weeks out now, and I'm feeling good. I won't lie the first two weeks I did some crying. My best advise is, do exactly what your doctor tells you to do. Stick with the allowed foods. I'm down 47 pounds already. I had my surgery at Centennial, where are you having yours and when? I wish you all the best! Stay in touch, I am glad I did it, but that doesn't mean it's been easy. Centennial is one of the strictest programs, but I'm glad! Take care!

I'm in North Mississippi but having surgery in Memphis... Anyone know Dr. Wegner??

I don't know that doctor, but I do wish you the best and congrats

wow! 47lbs... That's so exciting, I hope I will be that productive. I'm having mine tomm, at Vanderbilt. I'm trying to drink fluids now. I feel like I need to be cleaning or doing something to get ready, guess its just nerves

I'm home and now on the losing bench. The funny thing is, I have lost my scale. It's driving me crazy

How are you feeling? Your post makes me think you are strong and will do well. I wasn't up to talking for over a week!

I'm doing good, so far emotionally. I have not been eating food, due to..I'm scared that I will tear something, and #2, I don't do we'll with mushy foods.

I'm glad you're doing well. For the first couple of weeks I was on a liquid diet, for the first week, and protein shakes mostly the next. I bought protein powder from the Vitamin shoppe, the Nectar brand. Sam's sells premier protein I love the chocolate, and it has 30 grams of protein each. Take good care of yourself, don't forget the water and protein. Good luck and stay in touch!

Congrats! That's a lot of weight. I'm getting sad because every one seems to be losing more than me. I'm about 2 weeks out and I have only lost 13lbs. I don't know what's the deal.
