Getting sick!

I am starting to get a cold and cough. I know we should take Tylenol cold but last night I took the liquid night time one which was mint flavored and it tore up my stomach and gave me the runs. What else can I take to help me out!

I had a common cold a couple of weeks ago, I had alka seltzer night time cold meds. I took it and it helped a lot. It did make it bubbly but I only put the tablets in about a inch of water so I did not have to drink tons of liquid. It did not do anything to my stomach but that is me. But other things have torn up my stomach though... I hope you feel better.

What about nitequil. I know it has alcohol in it but can I still do that?

I used a store brand equivalent to liquid nyquil and it was fine for me as the main ingredient was acetaminophen. I don't know if it's on the "approved" list. When it ran out I did get the tylenol cold though.

I used the nyquil equivalent for 3 days. I used the night time one during the day too as it was all I had at the time.

I tried the Tylenol cold and it didn't do me well. I am going to try the Nite-Quil. Or try to find something sf
