I am so happy i got approved for my band to bypass surgey today ! I will go under the knife and on my way to skinny town january 29th can't wait !

Thats what I would like, but one Dr is talking sleeve and the other is talking RNY. with the sleeve, it will take 6 months. With RNY I think sooner(maybe at the same time).

I was going to do the sleeve but my doctor said to do the gastric faster weight loss (not by much)

So happy for you! I am one-week post-op today and trying to have a narcotic-free day. So far so good but will probably do morphine tonight if I'm this uncomfortable when I go to bed. Haven't lost much but am okay with that for now. Keep on, everyone!
