leg, arms tummy

So I will be starting insanity this weekend and I know it's gonna work but what are.some exercises with weights that I can do for these areas? And how many reps and how heavy should the weights be?

I like using the resistance bands instead of the weights. I would start out maybe using 2-3 lbs weights then work up. Check out on line and there are tons of DVD's out there that you can work out too. Good luck.
