Hey guys! Idk if anyone is seeing this! But just had my surgery on da 2nd and now it's the 4th.I'M home n everything is soooo different to me! But I do have ones question! Did anyone have a lot of gas after the surgery!? B.c I have a lot and it hurts! Doc recommended that I walk every 2hurs so i've bin trying to do that! but it hurts to get up! N keep ur self up and walk around! Is that normal??? I need helping right now.......

Gas x strips. They saved me. Dissolve on your tongue. Plus get up, walk, and breathe deep. I think it was the wort part for me. I had surgery on 12/29 and feel so much better now. Good luck!

unfortunately walking is the key. the more you get up the less sore you will be and walking really helps get the gas out along with gas x strips.
