Im actually concerned that Im not feeling any restriction... granted, I am only sipping, walking around, but so far no nausea (knock on wood) or fullness feeling. Is this okay?

you will feel restriction in a week or so. right now your stomache is still numb.

Mine was the 19th and I'm in the same boat. I have to force myself to drink very slow. Had a little mild nausea today but that's it. I'm trying to figure out what full feels like. I'm scared I already stretched. :-(.
