I Heart Optifast

For the last week I've hunted the Internet for "can I have some food with my optifast" I had some chicken some cheese a handful of chez mix but for the most part stuck with it. I also walked at least twice a day for 15 mins. And last night started playing racquetball. I am down 11 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Surgery dec 5, bring it on I got this!!!!!
