K almost three weeks out what are somethings i ican do for soft food and is it still to early for salad?

At 3 weeks post op I was on soup, yogurt, cottage cheese.... all soft mushy stuff. Salad was like 2 months post op. Don't go too crazy on salads... get your protein FIRST !!!! Pre-op I always loved salads now... post op I still like them but I get filled up pretty quick on protein and have no room for salad.

I guess every doctor is different. My doctor had me on soft foods after my one week appt and then at week 2 start adding a new solid every day.
