Carbs

I have a question about carbs intake. Do we care more about total carbs in food? Or about sugar? Total carbs include fibers which, I guess, are good for us. Am confused & thought I'd ask you folks.

from what I have been told you can have healthy carbs, instead of a real baked potato you can have a baked sweet potato. you could have dark chocolate, but stay away from refine sugars. I am going to look at it like this, if i know that it is what help me to become obese, I will not eat it again, you have to choose correctly. there are healthy carbs,
