Before I got pregnant I was working out on my diet and lost 28lbs in 2 months, now i feel drained and don't know if I can go back to the before pregnancy me, I'm per op and suppose to be drinking protein 3x daily, I've done nothing but stuff my face. Idk if I'm depressed for losing my mom the day b4 I had my son or if this is really not for me. I think I need help and support ( am I the only one? I was doing sooooooo good before I had my son, now I feel like... Ughhh lol

I am also nervous about the pre diet. Two weeks of liquid' date=' liver shrinking diet. I'm supposed to be loosing 15 pounds before the pre diet starts. I am exercising more which is great, but I am eating everything that I know I will not be able to eat afterwards. I am nervous about the pre diet, but I think all of this is normal. You have had so much going on in your life. Do not be upset over cheats, just start new today. Maybe post on here each night on how you are doing. We can help hold you accountable to your diet. One day. You can do this! I'll check posts tonight to see how you did today. What time zone are you in?[/quote']

Now that its cold I can't exercise much epically with a 9mo old and 2 year old who has public phobia it's pretty hard but I'm doing it! I have to lose 16 more pounds to be at my goal by dec 6 but I'm ready to take on this challenge and I'm in dallas central time ;) lol I think?

Just focus on today. You can do it.

I wouldn't worry too much about cheating a bitcuz it's true you won't be able to eat those food again for a while you can in the future in small amounts. Well I can't eat Chinese or anything oily greasy anymore.
